Typically these utility style kilts are worn at the traditional kilt level which is around the naval but some do favor wearing them lower down at your normal pant level. It's entirely personal preference so it's important to be sure of your required size.
- Machine washable.

Not worth it
Very colorful and my poodle liked the ball. It didn’t last 1 week. Horrible quality and not worth the money. My dog destroyed ball as soon as I turned my back. Would return it if it was in a returnable condition

Great buy
